Sharon Beazer

Before becoming a Tapping practitioner I spent many years working with families offering support and coaching.

I became a Tapping practitioner a few years ago having suffered from burnout. I’d been pushing myself with work and ignoring the signs to slow down, so my body in its wisdom forced me to stop with chronic back pain!
Taking time out I realised that I needed to do something about my high-stress levels. I’d heard about Tapping and decided to give it a try. I found the sessions greatly reduced my stress and my problems no longer felt insurmountable.

Tapping continues to play a part in my own wellbeing and I love nothing more than using it to help others navigate difficult times. I bring the knowledge and wisdom gained from my years working with families and natural empathy and compassion to my practice.

My interest in men’s wellbeing is born from observing societal pressure on boys and men.
